You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.<\/p>\n<h5>Experience<\/h5>\n<p>Minimum 2 Years Experience in Sales Manager<\/p>\n<h5>Responsibilities<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company\u2019s customer base and ensure it\u2019s strong presence<\/li>\n<li>Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Skills Must Have<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>BS\/MS degree in business administration or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets<\/li>\n<li>Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close<\/li>\n<li>Strong business sense and industry expertise<\/li>\n<li>Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Just to Add<\/h5>\n<p>Creative Workplace and open work culture.
